infospider: The good news is I managed to slap him with a tag and trace so I have him pinned as being somewhere in southern Germany so bringing him in physically shouldn’t be too difficult

And yes, it’s a he -Tag let me reverse trace enough to get location, and I’ve done the research off of that. 15, male, Korean decent. Parents immigrated to Germany a year before he was born. infospider: Not quite. I took the site offline to try to shake him out. Ended up having to do a hard reset to get rid of him. I’m still scrubbing backdoors out of the code.

infospider: Yes but I don’t think we lost much. I wasn’t updating at that point, and all the new stuff is/was on my unconnected laptop.

easterncrow: If this kid left backdoors you sure it’s safe for the site to be back up?
infospider: I’ve got sections in quarantine. It should be okay. But that’s beside the point. He’s good. Do we want to bring him in?

infospider: I hire a dog and eliminate the risk
